- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband had a tooth pulled at Trussville location a few months back. Now, he needs another one pulled. We plan to go to another oral surgeon. Bad experience. Staff functioned like robots. Very busy. Everyone doing their job, but minimal communication, one even referred to their next patient as the next "CASE." I can't get into all details, but they sent my husband home before he was good awake. I told them it was scary to me, because he was so drugged and didn't know what was going on, and wanted to get up and out of the car. They said he would be fine. He was, but I wished I had asked our son to take off from work and go with us. I don't want this experience again.February 06, 2017by Charlotte Lee
